So damn tasty

It may seem like a cliché but what does every keynote speaker receive as a gift of thanks from hosts the Canadian Medical Association?

Maple syrup, of course.

But is a cliché still a cliché when it is so damn tasty?

It has health benefits too, according to research from the University of Rhode Island, although the pancakes underneath it might not be quite so rich in antioxidants.
