About this training

This training has been designed to support you in your BMA role and aims to:

  • instil the BMA behaviour principles, encouraging you to lead more effectively and foster an inclusive and open culture within your committee or council
  • develop chairing skills with a focus on including and encouraging all members to participate and identifying and dealing with poor behaviour
  • increase awareness of the impact that words and actions have on others, and the importance of respecting colleagues.

 

How to apply

When dates have been confirmed, we will contact committee members directly via email to advertise the programme.

Sessions are provided by an external facilitator and take place throughout the year. Courses are currently being run online.
