Referendum voting emails

Support for junior doctor members in England who can’t find or didn’t receive a voting email.

Want to vote but can’t find your voting email? 

The referendum is being handled by Civica on the BMA’s behalf and closes on 15 September 2024.

Civica emailed personalised voting links to eligible BMA members on 19 August 2024. 

Check that you are eligible to vote

Check your details are up to date

Make sure you have checked your details are up to date on your BMA profile. If we don’t have the correct information, you won’t be eligible to vote.

Find emails by sender 

The Civica emails have been sent by ‘[email protected]’ and you should be able to search and find emails by sender from that address.

Find emails by subject 

You should also be able to find emails by subject, searching for ‘BMA referendum’. 

It is worth searching in your inbox, spam or junk folders and your deleted or bin folders. 

Need to request a replacement email?

If you still cannot find your voting email, please request a new one as soon as possible.
